Types of Trades
- Trade with Increased Salary
- If a player’s salary is increased, the extra amount is shared between the player and the selling team.
- The new team pays the revised salary.
- Trade with Reduced Salary
- If a player agrees to a lower salary, the difference is paid by the selling team to the new team.
- The player’s contract remains unchanged, meaning he gets his original salary.
